Service Satisfaction Policy

At Haman's Clear-view Window Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will make every effort to address your concerns and resolve any issues.

Service Corrections

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the situation and, if warranted, return to correct any issues at no additional charge. This applies to installation defects, cleaning quality concerns, or repair work that doesn't meet our standards.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases where we cannot satisfactorily correct service issues or in situations involving significant service failures. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and typically apply to the portion of services that did not meet our quality standards.

Materials and Products

Custom-ordered blinds and window treatments are generally not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon during consultation. Standard products may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Emergency Services

Emergency service calls and associated fees are non-refundable once our technician has responded and assessed the situation, regardless of whether repairs are completed.
